  • to analyze lateral dominance and the space and temporal visual focalization
  • to complete coordination deficiencies related to posture for a fluid and ergonomic movement
  • to prevent diseases related to the muscle and skeletal apparatus
  • to improve general muscular tension following exercises biomechanically correct
  • to aim to reach an ideal target weight
Advanced program

Goals
  • to improve general coordinative skills: match, differentiation, balance, reactivity, orienteering, transfer
  • to improve conditional skills: resistance, speed, strength and mobility
